ITMA 2015 Review – Part 9
ITMA: European version of Let's Make a Deal?
DiloGroup said it was the only nonwovens machine manufacturer to show in its booth two complete lines that were operated with fiber.
In a booth surface area of more than 1,200 meters, the high-capacity production line with a needleloom working width of 7m included highly productive machines for fiber opening and blending.
Also shown were a newly developed card feeder, a high-capacity card with variable intermediate section and a horizontal crosslapper that ran with a web infeed speed of more than 200 m/min.
Future stays bright for DiloGroup after successful show
Erhardt+Leimer gives visitors standing ovation
Erhardt+Leimer (E+L) said its booth at ITMA was very well attended every day, and most of its customers were well informed.
Almost 600 visit reports prove that the booth team was kept busy throughout the entire trade fair. At the start of the second week of the trade fair, on Sunday late afternoon, company representatives were in good spirits and thanked its customers with a standing ovation, E+L said.
DyStar and partner Zimmer Austria presented their most recent innovations in the digital printing market at ITMA.
The digital printing market has developed a great deal since the last ITMA in 2011. Innovations in the digital printer and print-head technology drove the transformation into an upscale industrial digital printing production.
New inks must meet these new requirements, according to DyStar.

PMT, Farbenpunkt unveil narrow fabrics dyeing line
At ITMA, PMT Ribbons Srl introduced the DARWIN Narrow Fabrics Dyeing Line featuring Farbenpunkt GmbH’s Peracto dyes.
The Darwin incorporates a fully automated color kitchen to dispense and mix Peracto F dyes on demand. Peracto F are NANO dyes and, when combined with Farbenpunkt’s Aligent fixation agent, produce a stable, permeant bond with various textile substrates.
ITMA was for the German textile machinery producer BRÜCKNER in every respect a complete success, the company reported.
The new corporate design underlined perfectly the guiding idea of the exhibition to provide for more sustainability in the production processes of the textile value-added chain. The great number of visitors and the quality of the discussions by far exceeded expectations, the company said.
Many projects were discussed in detail and technological solutions were prepared with customers.
