WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Coville Companies recently donated $10,000 to families of Alamac American Knits in Lumberton, N.C., affected by Hurricane Matthew.

 

Much of eastern North Carolina was devasted by the hurricane this fall, including many friends and colleagues of Alamac American Knits. While the plant itself was not damaged, the families of 10 Alamac employees lost everything in the surrounding floods.

 

Coville made the contribution in lieu of its annual gift to customers and suppliers.

 

To assist with their recovery, a GoFundMe page entitled Alamac Cares has been established to raise $100,000 for these families.
