SmartVista, based in Duncan, SC, focuses on providing engineered product solutions made from environmentally sustainable materials. The SpillArmor RDS 100 is a rapid containment boom that absorbs hydrocarbons and allows water to filter through. Since 1999, the InnoVision Awards have recognized businesses, individuals and educators who set a new standard for innovation by identifying, developing and promoting profitable new business opportunities.

“We are thrilled to have been chosen as the InnoVision Awards winner for the Sustainability category,” said Don Bockoven, president and CEO of SmartVista. “The most successful products and services are borne in collaborative environments where everyone has the opportunity to be an innovator. At SmartVista, we encourage this type of collaborative environment, which will allow us to develop additional innovative products in the future.”
