QUEBEC – Duvaltex, one of the largest commercial textile manufacturers in North America, announced the appointment of Billy Ford as vice president of Sales for North America.

 

He will oversee the sales of Victor, True, Teknit and Guilford of Maine brands, and will be responsible for creating and implementing revenue-generating strategies across all Duvaltex brands.

 

“Billy is a long-term veteran in the textile industry with outstanding results in sales strategies with True Textiles and Guilford of Maine,” said Alain Duval, president and CEO of Duvaltex. “He brings his experience and track record in developing rich partnerships with Duvaltex customers.”

 

Ford has worked with the company for more than 20 years and has in-depth knowledge of the textile industry, as well as a strong understanding of the competitive market landscape.

 

Duvaltex designs, develops and manufactures premium quality fabrics drawing on the expertise of some 650 employees working in manufacturing facilities and offices in Canada and the United States.
