FOUNTAIN INN, S.C. – The International Society of Industrial Fabric Manufacturers (ISIFM) will hold its fall meeting on November 10-11 at the Doubletree Suites South Park in Charlotte, N.C.
Speakers include:

Robina Hogan, who will provide information about the American Associates of Textiles, Colorists and Chemists (AATCC);

Karl Richter of Biogate, who will cover “Microsilver BG, Antimicrobial Applications in Textiles, Polymers and Coatings;”

Dr. Srikanth Pilla of Clemson University, who will talk on the subject of “Life Cycle Assessment of Textiles in the Automotive Industry;” and
-
Mark Cauthen, President, Mahr Metering Systems, who will go over “Metering Pump Technology, (Polymer and Finish Applications);” and
-
Dr. John Connaughton, Babson Capital Professor of Financial Economics at UNC-Charlotte, who will discuss the topic, “Will the Election Change the Economic Outlook?”
The meeting will also include workshops on RFL technologies and converting.
Manuel Guerra, sales director at Polyamide High Performance, Inc., serves as president of the group this year.
