KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. – Industry veteran Paul Ledford announced the creation of Green Textile Machine LLC, based here.

 

Proprietary, dry finishing machines are being commercialized in collaboration with Dr. Gary Selwyn of Green Theme Technologies LLC (GTT) of Albuquerque, N.M. GTT has developed and patented a dry finishing technology that is already performing at 100 spray rating for a minimum of 100 washes on certain fabrics, in addition to being environmentally friendly, Ledford said.

 

Hydrophilic and oleophobic technology are also currently available. This dry finishing technology is available now for testing at Green Theme Technologies and the proprietary dry finishing equipment will be available soon through Green Textile Machine.
