Make plans to attend the Southern Textile Association’s fall meetings in the coming weeks.

 

Northern Division – October 28

 

The Northern Division meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 28 at North Carolina State University’s College of Textiles in Raleigh, N.C.

 

Featured speakers include Dr. Scott Ralls, president, North Carolina Community College System; Jason Mink, founder and President, COGNITION™; Craig White, global head of brand and retail marketing, Huntsman International; Dr. David Hinks, dean, NCSU’s College of Textiles; and Coach Elliott Avent, NCSU baseball coach.

Southern Division – November 5

 

The Southern Division meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5 at The Madren Conference Center in Clemson, S.C.

 

Featured speakers include Dr. Christine W. Cole, director, Clemson Apparel Research; Dr. David Woodard, Thurmond Professor of Political Science, Clemson University; Jay Self, NCTO chairman and president, Greenwood Mills; Christa Estes, senior engineer, Fenner Dunlop; Marcus Dellinger, technical sales and new business development, Stein Fibers, Ltd. STA said it hopes to have two other new member companies to address the group as well.
