“Among other areas, we’ll examine user-friendly online tools that operate with software or algorithms to help consumers make educated sizing and fit choices,” Fernandes said. “These can ultimately reduce multiple sales of the same product and the overall cost of returns. Clear and concise communication to the consumer is fundamental with regards to sizing and fit intent.”
Fernandes will also discuss the processes of collecting data, analyzing data and showing how it can most productively be used, followed by a look at the technology employed for developing fit tools and grading patterns.
Fernandes invites attendees to bring with them questions pertaining to the sizing, brand growth and development challenges they face in their manufacturing and retail businesses.
The convention brings together some of the leading industry stakeholders across the value chain to deliberate and present insights into various opportunity areas – covering the entire spectrum from manufacturing to technology to branding and retailing.
