FORT LAWN, S.C. – Morrison Textile Machinery announced a string of global sales activity in the third quarter.

 

Following are countries where sales were made, followed by companies and products sold to:

 

China

Advanced Denim (Guangdong Qianjin Jeans Co.) purchased its second Compressive Shrinking Range. The range includes a SF Rubber Belt Unit with a solid stainless steel shrinking drum and Morrison On Call, a web-based remote access method that allows Morrison engineers single-click diagnostic access to customers machines worldwide.

 

Bangladesh

Sister Denim Composite Ltd. selected Morrison’s 36-rope Spectrum S 250 Indigo Rope Dye Range with Spectrum Dye Boxes, FCS Controls and Morrison On Call for remote diagnostics.

 

Pakistan

Sapphire Fibers Limited (Denim Division) purchased Morrison’s Rope Indigo Dye Range. Its 36-rope dye range will include the latest technology for process flexibility.  Included with the range is a Spectrum Dye Box, Mvx Nip, Dye Steamer, Centre Point Dye Feed/Tri Return Dye Circulation ports and advanced FCS Process Controls.

 

Taiwan

Tai Yuen Textile Co. Ltd. purchased for its Vietnam expansion Morrison’s Denim Finishing Range and Compressive Shrinking Range. The Denim Finishing Range includes fabric Singer, Brusher, multiple Morrison SLE 6 high-efficiency Washers and Drying Cylinders for high-speed operation.

 

The Compressive Shrinking Range includes the S8 Rubber Belt Shrinking unit featuring GrindVAC to capture-to-capture belt byproduct when dressing the rubber belt and AutoGRIND™ (automation belt grinding system), which increases production and improves shrinkage consistency.

 

Tunisia

Sitex (Societe Industrielles Des Textiles) selected Morrison’s Compressive Shrinking Range to increase product production. The range includes a Clip Expander, an S8 Compressive Shrinking Unit with automatic rubber belt compression control, the GrindVAC™ to capture belt byproduct when dressing the rubber belt, a SanforTROL™ and Morrison On Call.
