FORT LAWN, S.C. – Morrison Textile Machinery Co. reported sales activity in the second and third quarters. Sales by country follow.
Turkey
Turkey-based Modenim Denim Issletmeleri San. purchased Morrison’s 36 rope S250 Indigo Rope Dye Range, which features SPECTRUM™ Dye Boxes with Centre Point Dye Feed, Tri return dye circulation and composite side covers. All wash and dye boxes will be provided with high efficiency Mvx Nip.
Modenim also purchased Morrison’s Integrated Denim Finishing Range. The range includes the S8 Compressive Shrinking Unit with automatic rubber belt compression control, GrindVAC™ to capture belt by-product when dressing the rubber belt and Morrison On Call (M.O.C.), which is a smart web-based remote access device allowing Morrison engineers single-click diagnostic access to customers’ machines worldwide.
After evaluating the performance of its recently purchased MDS 450 Ball Warpers, GAP Guneydogu placed an order for three additional machines, which will complete the replacement of all previous machines. GAP’s evaluation found the Ball Warpers, featuring a programmable Servo Driven Linear Traverse Drive, to provide significant production advantages.

GAP also purchased indigo rope Wash and Dye Boxes along with digital AC Range Drive and FCS Automation package for their existing Morrison Rope Dye Range. These upgrades enhance range control and expand process flexibility.
Thailand
Absolute Denim Co., LTD, has selected a machinery package for their rope dye denim expansion, which includes:
24 Rope S 220 Indigo Rope Dye Range, which includes the recently introduced Spectrum Dye Box and pre dye Steamer for sulfur (bottom) dye applications; and
Complementing MDS 450 Ball Warpers with magazine creels and MDS 550 Re-beamers to meet their initial production requirements
Ethiopia
India-based Kanoria Africa Textiles PLC selected machinery package from Morrison Denim Systems for new denim production facility to be located near Addis Ababa. Their package includes:
One 24 rope S250 Indigo Rope Dye Range, which includes the newly designed Spectrum Dye Box and Mvx Nip, Dye Steamer and latest FCS Process Controls;
One Integrated Denim Finishing Range, which feature S 8 Rubber Belt Unit, AutoGRIND™ and SanforTROL™; and
Complementing MDS 450 Ball Warpers with magazine creels and MDS 550 ReBeamers to meet their initial production requirements.
All machines will include Morrison On Call (M.O.C.), which is a smart, web-based remote access device allowing Morrison engineer’s single-click diagnostic access to customers’ machines worldwide.
India
Anuba Industries Pvt Ltd. has purchased Morrison’s S 230 Indigo Rope Dye Range and Integrated Denim Finishing Range for a new denim production facility near Surat.
Dye Range for 24 ropes will include the newest Spectrum Wash and Dye Boxes with Mvx Nip assemblies and sulfur bottom Dye Steamer. The integrated Denim Finishing Range includes: S8 Compressive Shrinking Unit with automatic rubber belt compression control and GrindVAC™ to capture belt by-product when dressing the rubber belt.
