ALMELO, The Netherlands – Eef Bos has stepped down as chief financial officer of TenCate, effective October 1, the company announced.

 

"Since the company entered into a new phase of its development, this is for me a natural moment to leave TenCate," Bos said in a release.

 

The supervisory board of TenCate said it thanks Bos for his contribution and involvement with TenCate in the past years. The company said its board intends to nominate Frank Spaan for appointment as his successor by the General Meeting of Shareholders on October 1.

 

After this appointment, the executive board of TenCate will consist of CEO Jan Albers and CFO Spaan.
