GREENSBORO, N.C. – Burlington, a division of the International Textile Group, Inc. (ITG), and INVISTA's CORDURA® brand team will display their latest partnered innovation, the CORDURA ® Combat Wool™ collection, at the upcoming OutDoor Friedrichshafen Show July 15-18 in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

 

This elite woven, all-season collection answers the market's request for more stylish comfort, yet highly durable, functional fabric in the twill, canvas, ripstop, dobby and stretch constructions.

 

"Consumers are looking for multi-functional clothing they can wear hiking one day and out to dinner the next," said Tom Aubrey, Burlington product development manager. "The combination of natural Merino wool fibers and INVISTA nylon 6,6 staple fiber has allowed us to develop a product with the comfort and durability of wool and the enhanced performance of nylon, perfect for transitional garments."
