RALEIGH, N.C. – The North Carolina Federal Advanced Technologies Review (NCFATR) will take place at the McKimmon Center here next week, June 2-3.
The NCFATR, co-hosted by Sen. Richard Burr, Sen. Thom Tillis, the North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC), the UNC System, the Institute for Defense and Business and the N.C. Military Foundation, focuses on North Carolina companies developing new technologies or selling current technology products, and those interested in future federal and DoD requirements for new technologies in all sectors.
Why should you attend, exhibit or sponsor? Here are a few reasons:

At least 16 Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, other federal agencies and major military commands will participate with more than 50 technology buyers. Meeting these agencies individually around the US – if possible – would take months or years;

The acting executive director for Technology for the Army will attend and speak;

Senior Executive Service and other officials from many of the major DoD R&D agencies will attend, including the Office of Naval Research, Army Research Lab, Army Research Office, Army Materiel Command and Army Research, Development and Engineering Command;
