ROCK HILL, S.C. – Springs Creative Products Group, LLC announced it has acquired Greenville, S.C.-based Carolina Manufacturing, the largest bandanna manufacturing company in the U.S., from its parent company, Fendrich Industries.

Based here, Springs Creative was founded in 2007 by Close, great-great grandson of Leroy Springs, founder of Fort Mill Manufacturing Company in 1887 and what would later become the global textile manufacturer Springs Industries.
