At the upcoming SEAMS Spring Conference, Milliken & Co.'s Phil McIntyre will discuss how leaders must set and communicate the expectation of safety while following up with a set of disciplined measurements.

He will share these and the remaining seven keys to success with attendees at the April 23-25 event, under the theme “Growing U.S. Manufacturing: Overcoming the Challenges,” in Asheville, N.C.

With a career in both business leadership and manufacturing, McIntyre currently serves as senior director of Business Development and Marketing, Performance Solutions by Milliken. He has also successfully worked with and led several business units within Milliken & Company to profitable growth and financial sustainability. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

The SEAMS Conference attracts professionals from across the entire textile, apparel and sewn-products supply chain. Manufacturers, brands, retailers and suppliers are encouraged to make plans to attend today.
