The National Association for the Sewn Products Industry (SEAMS) announced that Aaron Ledet, vice president of U.S. Manufacturing for VF Corporation, will deliver the keynote presentation at its upcoming "Growing U.S. Manufacturing" conference.
The event will take place April 23-25 at the Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C.
In his presentation, entitled "Domestic Manufacturing – A Competitive Advantage for VF", Ledet will discuss the company's supply chain philosophy, its commitment to U.S.-based manufacturing and its success story as a full-service apparel company.
Drawing from his 30 years of industry experience in engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution management, he will also share his thoughts on the future direction of the industry.
