Registration is now open for the 2016 Textile Sustainability Conference that will take place in Hamburg, Germany from October 3-7.

Textile Exchange’s annual global conference is a place where industry experts from around the world gather to share progress, knowledge and best practices. This year’s event will focus on how the industry will accelerate the growth of Preferred Fiber and Materials.

Featuring progressive sessions led by the world’s foremost thought leaders as well as hands-on learning and networking opportunities, conference attendees will leave inspired, equipped and with a network of connections to produce positive impacts.

Schedule of events:

  • October 3* – Attendee check-In and exhibitor set-up

  • October 4 – Conference Day 1

  • October 5 – Conference Day 2

  • October 6 – 5th Annual Organic Cotton Round Table meeting

  • October 7 – TExcursions (optional industry tours)

*The Welcome Cocktail Reception historically held on the first night of the event will be on October 4 instead to allow German constituents to enjoy German Reunification Day with their families.

Visit the conference website to download the newly released agenda for the 2016 event.

For the first time ever, TE is including the option to book a hotel room in conference registration. This means you can reserve your room at the same time that you register for the conference (a credit card is required to confirm the booking). Room Sharing is also a NEW option for 2016. Click here for additional information on hotel rooms.

Save $100 by registering to attend before May 1. Find out more about registration here, including what all is included in the registration fee.

Back by popular demand, TE is once again offering industry tours, now being called TExcursions, following the conference. The 2016 tours will take the focus on fiber and materials into the field. All tours will take place on October 7. Tour hosts are:

  • Hohenstein Institute – Boennigheim, Germany

  • Lenzing Fibers – Lenzing, Austria

  • Otto Group – Haldensleben, Germany

  • SOEX Textil-Recycling – Wolfen, Germany

*Tours have a limited capacity and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up in conference registration early to save your seat.
