Datacolor MATCH TEXTILE version 2.0 significantly increases the accuracy of recipe calculation and speeds up the color matching process, improving productivity and reducing costs for dyehouses.

 

The product delivers superior first-shot matches using advanced color-matching technology and its state-of-the-art Smart Match® algorithms. The time required to develop new color recipes is reduced by up to 50 percent, resulting in faster throughput, reduced raw material consumption and more time for operators to focus on other value-added tasks.

 

With extended data exchange capabilities, Datacolor MATCH TEXTILE version 2.0 enables users to transfer dye recipe data throughout the supply chain, streamlining the color development process. In addition, the advanced functionality saves and links customer formulation requirements to the matching jobs, which enables users to make correct color decisions quickly, and minimizes waste by reducing errors.
