SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Mezger, Inc. announced that it will serve as the sole representative for Takayama Reed in the U.S., effective February 1.

 

Takayama Reed is a highly esteemed Japanese reed maker that has been manufacturing superb reeds for more than 100 years, Mezger said. Its products are recognized as the highest quality by weaving companies around the world, and they are exported all over the globe, Mezger added.

Mezger’s Takayama products include:

 

• Tunnel reeds for air-jet looms;
