Zimmer Austria highlights innovations at Heimtextil

KUFSTEIN, Austria – This month, Zimmer Austria exhibited at the most important international trade show for home and contract textiles, HEIMTEXTIL in Frankfurt, Germany.

 

The focus of Zimmer Austria's presence at the show was its newest developments and innovations in the fields of digital printing, coating and digital functionalization.

 

At Zimmer Austria here, Digital Printing Systems is the digital competence center for textile and carpet printing machines, as well as system supplier for carpet coating lines.

The Zimmer Austria Competence Center in Klagenfurt provides screen-printing and coating machines, as well as hot air dryers, heat treatment machines and loop steamers. 

 

This equipment supports:
 

  • Textile printing

  • Flags and graphics

  • Floorcovering

  • Narrow fabrics

  • Coating and digital functionalization

 

The Chromojet digital printing system is for all kind of pile products in a range of 3,000 to 1,500 g/sqm. Applications include floorcovering products such as wall-to-wall carpet, rugs, carpet tiles and mats; mink blankets out of acrylic and polyester; and artificial fur out of acrylic.

 

Colaris is a family of high-performance and high-quality printing machines for all kinds of textile and carpet materials. Ranging from 1,800 mm up to 4,200 mm printing width, it covers most of the textile applications.

 

ROTASCREEN textile printing machines with ZIMMER MAGNET SYSTEM PLUS are designed in modular constructions, for a wide range of applications. It ensures high-quality results with single- or multi-color printing on different substrates such as home textiles, fashion, technical textiles wall covering and many more.
