A seminar called Digital Transformation Trends: It’s Personal, It’s Customized, It’s on Demand, will take place January 25, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. At the seminar, Gribbin will address the latest technologies and innovations in mining data and using analytics for personal marketing, body scanning, size prediction, product customization, inventory management and just-in-time strategies.

A panel session titled Speed to Profit will be held January 25, from  1 p.m.-2 p.m. at the show’s Performance & Sports Textile Sourcing Stage. There, Gribbin will join a panel of experts to explore the ways in which speed to market development and sourcing strategies can enhance customer engagement, grow sales and market share and materially impact bottom line results.

“The golf and footwear sectors are facing challenges that are common throughout the global apparel retail industry,” Gribbin said. “Today’s consumers are far more empowered than they were just five years ago, with nearly instant smart phone access to new products, fashion trends, sales and availability. Brands and retailers wanting to capture the attention, time and purchases of these cloud-empowered shoppers can employ speed to market and the capture and usage of digital data as highly effective selling tools.”
